What we've built

Products, not prototypes.

The quickest way to judge a team that builds software is to look at the software it built. Here's ours.

Tour Caliber Pin Sheets Created In Minutes

PinSheet Pro turns a ride around the course into a pin sheet. Officials point and click each hole location, the distances calculate themselves, and the sheet publishes to players' phones and to print the same afternoon.

It runs championships for state and city associations, clubs, and weekly leagues — with QR sharing, automatic daily hole rotation, and live scoring with real-time leaderboards.

PinSheet Pro is the first product out of the huddle. It won't be the last.

How we work

The name is the process.

No discovery phase that bills for a quarter before anything runs.
Three beats, repeated until it's live.

Standup

Every build starts with the problem rather than the feature list — who it's for, what's broken today, and what finished actually looks like.

Check-in

You see working software early and often, deployed rather than demoed, so the direction can change while changing it is still cheap.

Ship it

Into production with real users on it — and kept running afterwards, or handed over clean. Shipping is the point.
